Every host or hostess has his/her own ideas about the perfect dinner. To start the evening smashing and excite your taste senses, we welcome your guests with a sparkling drink in combination with a delicious amuse. This welcome is the perfect start to activate the culinary instinct of your guests. An intimate diner with 12 good friends is quite different from an evening with 100 business relations or 150 wedding guests. Every diner has a other culinary interpretation and atmosphere, however our service is similar for everybody!

When you have specific wishes, our chef will gladly advise you. When composing the menus and buffets our chef considered the different aspects of the world as his source of inspiration. After all, at a height of 100 m the world lies at your feet. The thousands of lights of Rotterdam or the sunset in summer are the setting of your dinner. But before you dream away, take a look at the menu first. Have a glass of wine and enjoy!

We can advise you about decorations, live music, DJs, entertainment such as an oyster man, herring cart, cheese monger, ice-cream vendor or cocktail bar or other things to turn your event into an unforgettable happening. All this can be arranged when you book a room exclusively.
